Due to the quality of the mobile phone networks, the new standards were built on the previous one, said Uraloğlu:
“The current approval of our operators was included to the scope of this offer. With the determination of the minimum values, we will give the public the historical and basic elements of the tender in a very short time. Our work has reached the last stage to be presented.”
