It is simply referred to as artificial intelligence that machines can show problems to solve the ability and do so with their own conclusions. With general artificial intelligence, mechanical intelligence that causes humanoid thoughts and conclusions are mentioned and used as artificial intelligence that specializes in a specific topic.
Although the topic of social media companies that start using artificial intelligence is becoming more popular, many countries are strategically approaching the topic and trying to integrate more daily life.
Strategic goals
Turkey has discussed artificial intelligence as a state topic, and the “National Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2021-2025” was published by the President and the Ministry of Industry and Technology. The strategy, which was updated as an action plan for artificial intelligence 2024-25, was put into practice. According to the current action plan, Torkiye has 6 strategic goals in artificial intelligence:

Priority in everyday life
In artificial intelligence there is a serious competition not only at the level of companies, but also at the level of the countries. The National Artificial Intelligence Strategy Orientation Board has held four sessions so far. In these meetings, the digital transformation was taken over by artificial intelligence -based practices.
With artificial intelligence solutions, Türkiye will find more places in everyday life of Turkish citizens when the goals are achieved while global competitiveness is increased.
Is used in every area
Artificial intelligence is used to suggest possible diagnoses and treatment methods through medical backgrounds and data analysis of patients.
The data for measuring biometrics is analyzed, the potential athlete candidates of the sports talent -Screering program are determined.
The large voice model of domestic and national Turkish language without security concerns is developed.
The “early warning system” is being developed to predict the status of the school's school levy.
It is used to prevent abuse for social assistance and to recognize the needy correctly.
Tax evasion and incorrect explanations are used.
The detection of strategic agricultural products and earnings estimates is carried out.
The national legal network project is used with regard to document analysis, classification, summary and meaning.
2025-2030 is prepared
Artificial intelligence studies are continued under the chairmanship of Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz. In this context, the national strategy for artificial intelligence for 2026 and later is continued. The studies guided by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and Tubitak evaluate whether the strategic plan will serve its goals and measures and determine new goals.

In 2030, the market size of the technology for artificial intelligence will reach 1.85 billion US dollars. The wave of artificial intelligence will affect 300 million full time business. In order to be prepared for this development, TübSykakkakstagerkunstnachlichen Intelligence Institute cooperates with the demand for the ecosystem and the projects are supported. Applications for 2025 were received on May 15th. Applications can be made by August 31. 5 priorities to be supported are listed as follows:

– Climate change and sustainability.
– Smart Educational Technologies.
70 education at universities
From 2025 there will be more than 70 programs for artificial intelligence and digital -based programs at 20 universities. These programs, whose quote is fully filled, are among the goals.
In the period 2025-2026, studies increase the number of universities with artificial intelligence programs to 70.
