In downtown Dough, the menu from North California demands that are used in the wooden grill for bowls such as chicken, Branzino and steak such as the pizza oven. Works of art, color schemes and cos, the playlist is inspired by funk. Expect to hear James Browns, Booty Collins, women and family stone and other classics as well as newer acts inspired by these bands. Steen Bojsen Moller (also from Lost and Somerville) survives the full bar, which focuses on sprays – of which some of which are named after radio musicians, their albums and the movements.

This particle hill, which debut in 2023, was supposed to serve as a pop-up, but due to its populability it became permanent. The 6,000 square meter location offers space for almost 200, including a private dining room of 22 seats. In the trio, the open kitchen and the large room for catering and events, knew that they finally wanted to open a complete restaurant.

Rae, Hagos and Ralan hope to operate the community in the city center with a number of experiences: coffee in Hilltop, pizza and Spritzes during the evening in downtown Dough, a night cream and a taco in the nearby roof of Lost Lost are already at work.
