Teknofest TRNC, which takes place at the former Ercan airport in Nicosia under the patronage of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) under the supervision of the Ministry of Industrial and Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) (T3 Foundation), the doors open on May 1st. “Science, technology and innovation” at Teknofest TRNC
The Turkish and technological research council of Türkiye (Tubitak) is the Turkish Cypriot Teknofest -TRNC 2025; The main stand brings visitors with two different thematic tents and numerous institutes for science and technology. Tübsytak Biolges, Mam, Rod, Sage, Ume and Space Institute as well as the presidency of science and society (Bito) take place in this area. Scientific content, experimental workshops, technology applications and quiz take place for visitors to all ages.
Tent of the social innovation competition
A total of 86 final teams; will issue your projects at basic, secondary, high school and university level. In the first three days of the festival, reviews are carried out in the four jury rooms. A total of 8 foreign teams from Azerbaijan, Pakistan, TRNC and Afghanistan will take part in the competition. In the tent, in which around 260 students take place, the students explain their projects to visitors and present their presentations.

Teknofest has applied for the TRNC over 47,000 competitors from 22 different countries. In Addition to Turkey and the Trnc, Afghanistan, Germany, Albania, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Macedonia, Mali, Egypistan, Pakdi Arabia, Sudan, Sudan, Tunisia and Uzbekistan. Teknofest was entitled to become a total of 268 teams and 1083 members as part of the TRNC. 334 of the finalists were women and 749 were male members. The competitions take place in 6 main and 13 subcategories.

In the festival “Social Innovation”, “Flying Car Simulation”, “Tourism Technologies”, “Teknofest Robolig Mavi Vatan”, “Teknofest Trnc Research Project” competitions will take place with Teknofest Drone Championship. Teams from 6 different countries (Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, TRNC, Pakistan, Türkiye) will take part in the final. 20 finalists and 103 finalists of the TRNC will take part in the competitions.
Flight shows also take place at the festival
Flight shows are also kept as part of the TRNC. These demonstrations include solo turk, Turkish stars, F-4 fighter planes, Atak helicopters, Hürkuş, Bayraktar TB2 and Akıncı.
