Rucola salad with Egusi Muesli, Sorghum and Sherry Vinaigrette Recipe

This is my go-to-salad for every dinner party. Just note that it is refreshing, but also because it uses an important ingredient. Sorghum is a grain that is crucial for food in Ghana because it is a versatile harvest that can be used with different climate zones and hard weather conditions such as effort or drying. In the northern region, Sorghum is primarily used to produce porridge, fermented drinks, popular dishes such as Waakye and much more. Sweet carefully syrup, which consists of the juice of the Sorghum plant, is a thick, dark syrup that tastes of molasses and is the basis for the vinaigrette used in this salad. Goat cheese, pickled onions and egus and coconut masts add creamy, sharp and nutty flavors.
